These terms govern your use of the CarSpecialist app (the "Service"), provided by SSQ INC. ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these terms.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account, the accuracy of information you enter, and keeping your password secure. You must be authorized to act on behalf of your shop.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful shop-operations purposes and to send messages only to your own customers who expect to hear from you. You will not use the Service for unsolicited marketing or unlawful communications.
Subscriptions & billing
CarSpecialist is offered on a subscription basis. The free walkthrough is read-only; it does not start a trial or authorize payment. Creating or changing shop records requires a verified trial or active subscription. Eligible new subscribers who confirm the offer with Apple receive a 14-day free trial, then the base plan renews automatically at US$9.99 per month for 3 users from October 2, 2026. Apple displays local prices and eligibility before confirmation. Payment is charged to your Apple ID after the free trial, or at confirmation when no trial applies. The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial or current billing period ends. Manage or cancel in Apple ID subscription settings. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Access continues through the end of the confirmed subscription period after cancellation.
Your data
You retain ownership of the data you enter. We process it to provide the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.
Availability & disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms.
